The paytm mall is a sub company of the mobile wallet leader in India Paytm. The offers on this app is real great but when we try going on for cash on delivery then suddenly the offer price goes and shows the regular price and also additional delivery charges. This is a very bad marketing strategy especially for the consumers who want to buy items from the paytm mall as all people dont use paytm also if the offers never had a very big difference on cost compared to other sites I would have surely recommended you this site. Not just this also they have a pathetic customer service which is not very prompt. Only if the improve these areas then only I can see people recommending for paytm mall otherwise its a no go!
