Here I am going to tell my true experience through Paytm Mall app.
-> they have given coupon code MALL100 for first transaction in Mall app. I have tried to purchase one watch using this coupon code.
-> While I was trying to purchase my transaction was failed due my internet problem or network problem in my phone. So this order got cancelled.
-> I have repeated the same order and was trying to apply the same promo code but I could not due to that cancelled order already included this order.
-> I have waited some time but the order did not cancelled fully and the offer promo code was not available, hence I requested customer support through mail to cancel that order and release the promo.
-> Do you know when they replied to me, after 2 days. till then I have ordered that watch with another promo code.
-> After that they have given reply that the MALL100 is available to use
-> But when I am trying to apply this promo it is giving error that this promo is only applicable for first order only.
-> If we could not use the promo then what is the use of giving promo codes and all.
-> Might be it was their rule that this promo applies to first order but when customer faces issue with promo codes then they should allow customers to use on exceptional criteria.
-> For almost all offer codes they will do the same. when they cant maintain it properly they should not give the promo codes. That too they will give more promo codes for same offers like 50Rs/- and 100Rs/- for same products. When 100Rs is available then what is the use of 50Rs promo code.
-> I could not understood these promos and all. I get irritated and refuse to use this app.
