My experience says that paytm is quick in adding money to paytm account but very poor and like a fraud when balance money is to be sent to customer Bank Account. They do not bother for the customer concern and cheat us by their fake offers with false promises.Two months before, a Samsung Washing Machine was ordered by me for which I paid online amounting to Rs.23, 139/-.My order was confirmed and it was to be delivered within a week.A mail was received by me on eighth day that the washing machine was returned by me and they have refunded my online payment.The fact was that the washing machine was neither delivered at my address nor I returned the same.I kept on calling sending them messages.The service provider of paytm was not bothered to reply my query and now refunding me an amount of Rs.21, 304/-.I hate paytm cheaters now and request my friends not to opt this fraud service.
