I order a curren black analog watch for 698rs with cashback of 150rs.
I order the product on 2nd of march and received 5th of march it takes them 3 days to deliver at my door step.
I ordered from their app as they are giving great cashback. Their app interference is good anyone can use it.
As talking to product quality their are light scratches on belt of watch don’t know how these scratches came their. Although watch glass is fine but the handling of the product looks not so good.
I mailed their customer care center but their is no reply from their side. Their is no concerns for the customer after sale. Hopefully they improve their customer services
So at the end you cannot reliable on paytm mall for all of your goodies. As their service quality is poor and they don’t handle the product properly.
