I’m using paytm from last 2 /3 years. & started using paytm mall app from last 2 months. Paytm has made a lot of changes in it’s app. Paytm at present is working almost like a bank. Talking about paytm mall app it’s nice app and the best thing is its discount and cashbacks which make their deals attractive but the truth is that they are not as good as they look i.e you would see a significant change in quality you expect by seeing pictures and what you actually receive. Though dilevery time is good and also it’s easy to use their app overall I would say if you have to buy a product not for long time then you can buy a product from this app but if you have to buy such a product that you have to use for a long time then I would say prefer any other better online store.
