My experience with this app or website was bad because it allows every seller to sell the product without any surety and the seller would not return the product if it is damaged or they can sell the products which are already damaged so I think it’s a fraud please do not support Paytm but you can use Paytm wallet it’s a trustful app we can trust it but I think there is a scam cheating happening with Paytm Mall so please do not encourage it I’m not saying to not shop but when you are sure so that the product is good and it would be not damaged in the shipping so please check it before you order and some products are better than good in a Paytm Mall so Paytm Mall is totally not bad its a good website but there is some fraud happening in Paytm Mall please check it out
