Paytm mall is good but for only for those who regularly purchase products for them. they give many offers to those only who regularly purchase from them. other shopping sites give many offers to their first customers.
A day I remember that I was looking to purchase basketball shoes, so I thought that as a paytm customer I should buy some from them, but they don’t have basketball shoes that I was looking for. there are many products which they don’t have.
They also sell products at higher rates from other shopping sites.
Customer service and product quality both are good. Delivery is somehow is not good from others delivery.
