I am very upset with paytm mall. Paytm offers such a great service but its shopping mall is of no use. They make fool of people. I would like to review it on my personal basis when I ordered a pair of shoes from paytm mall. I would like to tell you how they make us fool by showing huge discount offer. I had bought spark sneakeranof black and white color from paytm mall.A tag of 3000 rupees was on the product which was crossed with 50 percent discount. I bought these shoes for 1200 rupee with discount of rupees 1500 and 300 rupees into my cashback scheme again in walletFirstly you can not transfernthis cash back in your atm or bank. You have to use it( 1) Poor qualityShoe were of very poor quality. Color of the shoes was very dull. In app it was so bright but original product that was delivered is very dull( 2) Fake 50% cutoffI had seen same shoes at local shop for same price. It shows paytm mall price shown is fake.( 3) DeliveryDelivery service is okay. No issue with it( 4) Website and appVery poorly designed. I will rate it 2 star for its app interface.
