I bought an head massager of worth rupees 134 I paid through my debit card and I waited over 15 days for delivery but I didn’t get the product by paytm mall and after calling many times for customer service I got shipment after 7 days total of 22 days ok I thought due to some technical concinment may be late . but I got a damaged piece it was not at all working I called customer service but they are just refused to refund or replace I had a very bad experince
