It seems some 10yrs old are running the paytm mall company. Have no sense of customer satisfaction. If you want to buy anything below 500rs, go for it. Else, get ready for a headache of 20 days plus. They have no idea how to run an e-commerce company. They lure you in by promising huge cashbacks and then you’ll wait for an eternity to receive your order.
It is no match for Amazon, Flipkart or even Snapdeal. The difference is like heaven and hell. Choice is yours, what you wanna go through. I had my share of hell.
UPDATE: 22nd Oct. They dispatched the order via blue dart on 16th Oct which was supposed to be delivered on 18th. Arrives at the nearest branch on 20th Oct at 11am. On 21st Oct at 9:00pm I get a message from paytm mall that delivery of my order was attempted but they can’t locate address. They can’t even make a call to ask for directions. It is a complete nexus of fraudsters just trying to steal your money.
