The biggest problem on paytm is its seller base it allows anyone to sell on its platform , so sellers misuse it by sending defective and wrong items and cheating us.i ordered a memory card for 150 rs and received a fake one I complained and seller refused the return I messaged paytm they said this seller does not comes under brand authorisation so what he is doing there and fooling all of us Seller Name: Mumbaitech . I never got my 150 rs back would never suggest to buy on paytm mall they are fraudsters and they sell cheap fakes and copy of the products no genuineness is there stay away from it uninstall paytm mall
