Hello friends recently I ordered a t-shirt from PaytmMall. And its cost around 499 and 50 rupees additional shipping charges.
17 days ago I ordered it and they said they will deliver me in 3 to 4 days. And I received it after 6 days.
And when I opened it I want something else and they send me another product I’m full unsatisfied with their services. After that I file a complain that my product is missing and they reschedule the order and take back wrong order and send me another package after 5 to 6 days.
And again they disappointed me because they send me a t-shirt with low quality stuff. On online they showing something and send something else. It’s totally different it looked in picture and looks in reality.

They approve any seller without any verification.
And their packaging is also bad.
They something and send something else.
Customer services it’s too poor.
And product quality bad
