Pay u money is among the fraud websites that have mushroomed in the recent dotcom boom. They are a service provider attracting customers with discount offers however beware. They sometimes get payment from you but don’t acknowledge the same. They will.not pass the amount to the merchant and you will end up paying twice. Then begins the most horrible experience dealing with this fraud websites customer torture team deceptively called customer care.
In my case I made a payment through them to bigbakset which was received by them and debited from my bank but not acknowledged. I had to pay bigbasket again in cash. Then pay u money told me to not bother them for refund but to ask my bank to stop payment. My bank promptly told me the fraud website had accepted payment so I was at their mercy.
Their promoter is a fraud called Nitin Gupta who does not acknowledge customer complaints let along take action unlike other start up promoters. I kept following up and was given coxk and bull stories about payment not being made to bank and transaction failures. After a lot of begging and pleading the company finally agreed to refund but not before being threatened and a police case considering payment was made from bank and recorded in the system.
Most horrible experience.please do not encourage this company by using their service. I am giving one star below only because negative score cannot be given.
