I had disappointed with this app from the very first day when I installed it and tried to sign up. I was surprised to see that my email address was already registered and I am seriously telling you that I didn’t ever download this app before and didn’t ever register my email id. Then after that when I clicked on Forgot Password and reset my password and logged in, I came to know that my email address was being USED BY OTHER PERSON. Great.!
Also, This is a very bad app to do any kind of money transaction or recharge.
Also, money in the wallet does not get transferred to the bank account easily. Transferring money to bank account is too much hectic process, it takes almost a week or more than that. User Interface is also not good. You might have heard this phrase Something is better than Nothing. Then the User Interface is like Something from above phrase. Almost equal to Nothing.
I am not able to pay even when I have money in my wallet, whenever I try for recharge or any transaction it shows me Zero wallet balance.
Also, Almost the worst level of Customer Service. No one take care of your issues, problems and Money. Please do not try this trick at Home, means Don’t Download and Don’t use. That’s all.!
