I used to use payumoney from last few years. I registered with my old number and email and recently I changed the number and the one which I registered with got cancelled. Now I have some amount in payumoney which neither I can transfer or use for my purpose because when ever I try to do a transaction, they are senting otp to my mob number which I made registration with which got cancelled. Like all other payment gateways they sent otp to email as well which payumoney dont have that facility. And when I asked for a solution you can see the screenshot which I am attaching below as reply. So my friends. hope u understood my situation and ever u change the fegistered number, ur money in acc is gone. so I suggest better go for other gateways where they sent otp to the number and email as well.
