The worst gateway ever seen. Had very bad experience several times. Today by mistake I did a transaction through payumoney by adding amount to wallet and it failed to process further to merchant, and its a hectic task to get the amount back to account. Very bad service. Don’t use this useless gateway even-though they give attractive offers.
The response for my mail asking for refund back to my account as below.

Further, we would request you to kindly share your bank statement from which you have loaded your wallet on 30.08.2016(payment ids:) along with your govt id proof so that we can share with our concern team to unblock your account.
