Friends, There are bunch of issues I want to share with you about Payza. These are as follows.
Very first, I refer a friend of mine to Payza. Payza told me they will give 5$ if I refer someone, after I refer that friend they Did Not give me a single penny as a referral bonus.
Also they are very bad at Money transferring. I added 300$ in Payza to buy the Bitcoin, but I was never able to buy Bitcoin and stucked with that money. Because transfer to bank option didn’t work for me and what could I do that time was to see my money in wallet, that’s it.
Also there is no proper customer support available. I have raised the ticket at Payza for the same reason which I have shared with you but it’s already 2 weeks completed and till not a single reply from Payza.
It is one of the worst service providers I have ever seen.
Also sometimes problem occurs while exchanging currencies i.e. adding USD and converting it into INR( Indian Rupees) . There are so many problems in this app. Therefore my suggestion to you all that Don’t add money with your Credit Card in this app, Don’t do any transaction with Payza and Stay as far as possible from this Company.
