I am writing review about payzaap mobile app from my experience only.I have been using this app from last 3 months. Its performance is average only in case of mobile recharging, e comm payment and not up to mark like paytm or mobikwik.Taking more time to open app and showing balance amount.if we have 4G speed internet, then will display details more quickly.
On 3rd march, I tried to recharge my airtel number for 4G data pack. Amount paid, but didnt get confirmation message from airtel.So I have wrote a letter to customer care of payzaap, got details after one day only and asking me to verify details with airtel.If they are doing like this, Why should I need use payzaap, So I am not satisfied in their service.They need to improve service excellence
