This pay zapp is most stupid wallet app I have used till date. I tried to recharge my Tata sky dth connection using pay Zapp through my connected CC, now amount got deducted from credit card but Tata Sky balance didn’t get recharged. Now even after multiple follow ups through call and email this issue isn’t resolved and now the same amount has been added to my credit card bill too. Even customer rep is not willing to resolve this issue and I am getting the most generic reply every time.
They promote their wallet whenever you try to do transaction through other wallet providers but fail to provide basic customer service that is listen to your customers complaint.
