Hello everyone,
PayZapp is an app for pay mobile bills, recharges, movies, shoppings etc. But their Payment security is not 100% safe and I have faced multiple issues about Online payment through PayZapp App.
Two weeks ago I have tried to make recharge worth RS 148 to my mom’s phone but recharge was not successfully done so I was quickly call their customer support but I got good and satisfied support by them and they told me that money will be credited back in 3 working days but my money did not credited in my account so when I agian called them, then they told me that’we can’t see here any details of the payment you did 3 days ago and we don’t have any information about your previous payment so please contact your bank’ that was very Awful for me so after that I was go to my bank and told them about my deduction then The Bank Staff has told me to called PayZapp customer support again about this issue and after this I again called the PayZapp and again they Disappointed me with telling that they don’t have any info about my payment. This is my Transaction Number- 707611134147.
Concept- The concept is good of PayZapp Company but as my experience this company is Fradulent Company.
Lyout and designs- The PayZapp App is very well groomed with attractive and letest layout and designs but thats only show off to Engage Customers.
Features and Functions- There are many Features and Functions are available like Mobile Reacharge, Travel, Shopping, Taxi and more but I have lost my money cause of PayZapp so I will never reccommend this App to anyone.
Usefulness- its not Reliable to make online payments and I have still don’t got my money back and as my opinion PayZapp is not really useful and helful App.
