Horrible customer service. After buying from a lot of online company’s with good and bad experiences, I have to say this is the worst of all. Their return policy sucks. Absolutely no empathy with customers who purchase online with trust in their company to deliver quality products.
This company sends you defective bad quality pieces( joke is with QC stickers) and then argue with you that there is nothing wrong with the products and won’t refund your money easily. They are the kings of horrible customer services. The images on their site looks great but the products they send you looks like ones picked off the footpath.
