Peel-works is one of those start ups in Mumbai that provide very less value add to any professional.
Though they claim lot of things, most of it is untrue. Infact, the technology product they are selling has not even been completely made. Its all, in bits and pieces which they to lie to their clients.
I was working in their back end BPO team in Mumbai. No training was provided and some people did not even have MS Office on their desktops.
The higher management is deaf and can barely do anything to make people life any better.
Keep away from this company. Better to join a place with better facilities.
