I haven’t seen such a worst hospital in my life. government hospital-like environment, dirty wards, egoistic rmos with a low level of experience, resident doctors don’t know how to change the dressing. management don’t take any action against the complaints. threating environment.
A few days back, I admitted myself for arthroscopic bankart surgery. some of my experience is-
1)At the time of admission, they lied that no sharing bed available. only suite available. when I said that I will only admit in sharing bed otherwise not. then they gave me sharing a bed. after admission found that plenty of sharing beds was available. they were lying to others like me also. for extra money obviously.
2)Wards were as dirty as a government hospital.
3)After 2 days of operation, when my dressing was supposed to be changed, one rmo came to me and without saying anything he undresses me rapidly without thinking that I m screaming with pain. after that, he starts pulling my dynaplast dressing over the hairy area without giving any spirit over the dressing when I object (obviously in loud voice, because of the pain of hair pull with dressing) he got irritated and blame me that I have insulted him and leave my dressing half open.
On request by me, he does not show any professional curtsy to at least cover my wound. when I call the management they took no action against this for 1 hr. when my family member came and saw me in this condition, the object and after 30mins they send to me an equally inexperienced doc for dressing bt this time I don’t say anything because I don’t want my wound to get infected.
4)My consultant doc also did not take any action against this.
5)Even the doc have not any apologies for this. instead, management and that doc told my father n brother that do whatever u want to do.
