CNBC Pehredar claims that they resolve consumer issues and help customers to protect their rights. I was very impressed, so I though of taking their help regarding some of my ICICI bank issues (Please see my review comments on ICICI bank for more details at https://mouthshut.com/review/ICICI_Bank-135619-1.html) . So I wrote a mail to them and imeediately I got an automatic email response saying that the pehredar team will talk to the concerned company and will get back to me with the solution.
I waited approximately 2 months for thies response, but didnt hear from them. Finally I fought myself with ICICI bank and got the issue resolved. So I feel that though Pehredar claims that they can help us resolve our problems, but please do not assume that once you communicated your issue with them, your problem will even be heard.
It seems that they have their own criteria of selecting the issues to take further.
