Sales people of most successful organisations are well trained and Pensa Media is no exception. As a business management professional with experience in India & abroad, I can affirm that Pensa’s sales force has a Lion’s share in Pensa’s rapid growth.
But, I haven’t ever encountered such unprofessional sales persons as Pensa staff. I have interacted with the Pune staff Sudhir Singh & Mr Patil. Apart from’marketing jargon’ and’words plucked out from the air’, the sales staff are unable to provide any concrete plans for the project management, rather they were simply interested in drawing out the money from me.
Pensa Media Pune have crossed their boundaries today. The sales person Sudhir Singh sounded like he is calling me demanding money I owed him and as if he had the backing of a local don. His laughter was despicable when I told him that business has been awarded to Pensa’s competitors. Then he started sending me unprofessional sms.
Rubissh people and rubbish culture of the company’s sales team and certainly of Sudhir Singh. I should have believed all the poor reviews your company has got on internet.
