Never get into trouble by purchasing Pantel
products. They were selling second hand
products online with a BSNL logo. Even if it is
little bit costly, go for a branded products for a
peaceful journey.
I purchased Penta T-Pad WS802C 2G worth Rs
10, 023/- online in Dec 2012 and have been
suffering since I purchased. It hardly worked for
2 days, and it stopped charging. I got DOA and
as per DOA they must replace with new one
with in 7 days. But Pantel tried to cheat me by
replacing with a second hand tablet two times.
( used by some one and not even formatted, it
contained some ones photos also) .
I requested for refund so that l can purchase
a Branded one, but they initially rejected it.
Hence I filed a case in consumer court, but still
they were trying to escape by not attending the
hearings and telling that the responsible person
had resigned or in LEAVE, etc.
