Ordered on 9th May 2012
- I had ordered on Wednesday 12:56 am, which is technically before your working timing and still it was counted as ordered on wednesday.2. The product was to be shipped out within 6 working days, and as I am writing this the 7th working day is going to be over.( Even though I’d count it as the Eight Working Day getting over)3. I have been frantically trying to contact your web-portal for some information on the delivery and have put numerous queries on phone [1800. no. ] as well as on website. But no reply has been given with all I got to hear was Sorry but we can’t give any assurance.4. One ticket of my query which was submitted online was "CLOSED" without even replying to it.
You should also check the FB page( http://www.facebook.com/pepperfry) and people who have left comments on it, I am not the only one with problems. I found a person telling me that his product was delivered on some other address and Bluedart confirmed the delivery, and pepperfry rep had no idea how it had happened!
