Pepperfry.com is the online equivalent of fraud hucksters who have great brochures, nice smiles but once you make the payment, you are not sure when the product will reach you and in which condition.
Based on my recent experience, bought a piece of furniture in August-2013, that arrived after 45 days in a poor condition. I can write a lot about their poor product quality, customer service and exchange policy. But I will just say, Don’t get mislead by their slick website.
Just avoid them!
