Dear Pepperfry (happy family of bunch lying and lazy customer care executives),
I placed the order 100266256 on the 11th September and which was partly shipped on 14th September through DTDC awb Z74061689. This shipment has still not reached me. My money is stuck with you for more than 21 days and still you havent delivered my products. I started to complain from the 23rd September after having waited for 2 weeks. Since the 23 rd of September till yesterday Every SINGLE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE I have spoken with has done nothing else but lying to me, jumping deadlines of resolution, making false promises, EVEN ACCUSING ME of having talked with DTDC about the shipment and that I have agreed to pick it up from their office. And when I went to local dtdc office , no parcel was there. I contacted Farida, who was firmly claiming my parcel was at the local office, right away to inform that the information was wrong, She said she would call back and even after 4 days I still havent heard from her. This is how you bunch of lying people have handled my case:
23rd September: male executive on the phone promising to get back to within 24 hours
24th September: no reply
25th September: a female executive makes a false promise of getting the product delivered within 48 hours or initiate refund
26th September: no reply from Pepperfry
27th September :another false promise. GIVE US 48 hours MORE. Still no resolution
28th September: no update, no reply
29th September: A FALSE UPDATE of DTDC having my parcel in Port Blair and me having talked with them and agreed to pick it up from them has been confirmed by executive on chat, by Farida through mail and phone call. I went to DTDC office right away, nothing is there. I informed Farida about it, who was supposed to call me that same day within an hour, didnt bother to call at all. Later on the same evening, a female executive on chat LIED again and said Farida is not at office, you will get an update from Farida on MONDAY 1stOct, for sure and your problem will be resolved.
30th September: no reply
1st October: No sign or call from Farida, no new update, no resolution, again asking for 48 hours more. Farida did not even apologize for giving me wrong information. VERY PROFESSIONAL.I posted the whole case on Facebook
2nd October: another lying imbecile Akash of your happy lying family of customer care executives calls me to my surprise and asks whether I have received any communication of the parcel being lost in transit as I wrote it in my post. If PEPPERFRY is trying oh so hard to communicate with DTDC for more than 1 week, how can Pepperfry even contemplate that I would get a written confirmation about the parcel being lost in transit and Pepperfry doesnt receive it??? I didnt post I have evidence of the parcel being lost. I stated it because I applied simple logic. Another shipment sent on the 17th has reached me long ago , you cant even locate where my parcel is , even after one week, and DTDC is giving you wrong information about the shipment. Later on in the evening...ANOTHER LYING CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE on chat , promising me Akash orFarida will call me within 30 mins to resolve the matter. But no calls till now.
I have never encountered such a shameless, stupid, lazy, lying bunch of customer care executives like you. I guess thats the sort of training you get at Pepperfry. Kindly pass on my compliments to your seniors executives who have trained you cause they have done a terrific job. They might not have made you all the best liars of the world but definitely the best lying customer care executives of all online retail stores in INDIA. Your motto and target must be: LIE AND DECEIVE 100 CUSTOMERS EACH DAY AND TRY TO INCREASE THAT TARGET EVERYDAY. I dont expect you to solve my issue as lying imbeciles like you dont possess the ethics, professionalism nor the problem solving skills which is required to be a good and capable customer care executive. You must be really proud of yourselves as you earn your bread and butter by lying to customers on a regular basis. Lets see whether the Honorable judges of the Consumer Court in Andaman and Nicobar are equally proud of your unethical skills.
