Pepperfry is one the worst shopping sites in india until now I guess.
I bought a dining table in october 2015. They showed the product will be delivered in 15 days. We waited for that much time. Once the product did nt arrive we called the customer care.
They said sorry for being late. They continued the process for around 1 month saying we have escalated the process.
There was no response to our continuous calls and mails even.
Finally after 2 months my product arrived and when we asked for compensation they denied.
