This is a fraud company. The product return/exchange policy of this company is designed to con the customers.
I ordered 3 t-shirts from here of XXL size. but I received 2 t-shirts of XXL size and the 3rd one was L size.
I called the customer care and asked to take back the 3rd t-shirt and deliver me a t-shirt of XXL size (as originally ordered).
To my shock, they said they wont be replacing or refunding my order.
Instead **they asked me to return post the faulty product and they said I would receive "pepperfry points" as refund (of the same value as the value of the faulty product) which I have to use within 15 days of receiving the points and that too I have to purchase a product that should Rs. 15 more than my pepperfry points.*
Simply ridiculous, this strategy is nothing but folling the customer to buy more products from the site.
