This is a fraud company. The product return/exchange policy of this company is designed to con the customers.
I ordered 3 t-shirts from here of XXL size. but I received 2 t-shirts of XXL size and the 3rd one was L size.
I called the customer care and asked to take back the 3rd t-shirt and deliver me a t-shirt of XXL size (as originally ordered).
To my shock, they said they wont be replacing or refunding my order.
Instead they asked me to return post the faulty product and they said I would receive "pepperfry points" as refund (of the same value as the value of the faulty product) which I have to use within 15 days of receiving the points and that too I have to purchase a product that should Rs. 15 more than my pepperfry points.
Simply ridiculous, this strategy is nothing but folling the customer to buy more products from the site.
