November: With the 1st great experience again I bought 3, 100/- product on 8th november. after 14days on 21st Nov they sent me some fake DTDC AWB number. I called DTDC people and they said this number does not exist. Same message I conveyed to pepperfry on 21st evening, 22nd evening and 23rd afternoon and 24th morning. They said ’’Kindly wait for today’s day as there is no update as if now.’’ The same message from last 2 days. This is the proof for real crap. They were playing with the people emotions.
Don’t dare to shop with Pepperfry .
October: Pepperfry spoiled my Birthday, I bought 2 products for my B’day from pepperfry by seeing through their discounts, it took them 10days to ship the product. Even I called and asked them to ship the products with in 5 days, but they didn’t . Jabong and Flipkart would have done in 2 to 3 days. There is no value for time and customer with pepperfry..
