I had bought a Olida Mango Wood Six Seater Dining Set - Honey, from them.I had placed an order on 25th May’14 & was told that the shipping will be done on 25th June & there will be a so called customer service manager who will inform me about the progress periodically. But all that was bluff.
When there was no contact from their side even after 25th June, I called them and they told me they will give me a call back but that never happened. Again I called them only to get a mail next day that it has been shipped from Jodhpur to Delhi. But the item, when not delivered even after 13 days from the dispatch day I called them again they informed me that the item is in on its way from Jodhpur to Delhi.
So in reality they were just bluffing.I am really worried about my money now & understand that I am duped by them.I am now seriously thinking of going to Consumer forum. So guys be careful & I don’t want others to face the same situation like I did.
