I like to do shopping online, as it saves our time plus money too sometimes because of offers.
For household products, I have found Pepperfry is the best till nowI have started shopping from Pepperfry since last 3 years, and till date my experience always good.
I have bought decorative candles, towel, show piece, Bath rob gown, Tupperware and Cello products and LED lights. All these products I have bought on unexpectable discount. It was once I have bought Tupperware midget set, 10 rupees each.
They also send free gift to their registered customers, I have got 2 times very nice Crystal show piece.
Once I have received wrong product, I called to their customer service and the next day, they initiated refund to my bank account directly. So their customer service is also marvelous, yet not toll free number but also not premium number which charged more.
The quality of products are also always good like Philips LED or Syska, Bath towel or Kitchen towel. Every product have good quality. Shipping is so fast via Blue Dart, just two months ago they have started shipping charges but just 29 rupees(which can be neglected) if product below than 500 rupees.
I prefer Pepperfry and also recommended, must try once!
