This was my 2nd purchase in pepperfry as last year I had purchased a tv entertainment unit for which I was fine though the quality was kind of ok ok type but was fine for the price paid. So thought to give a 2nd try this year& purchased an oil filled room heater. Pepperfry kept me awaited for 10 days(orders cant be cancelled once placed)& after that pepperfry simply cancelled the order mentioning the verdor couldnt fulfill the order. This was during the republic days offer period in jan-17. Now as I have lost the opportunity to buy it in other online marketplaces as those big deals are gone & simply awaiting for my money back. There is no guarranty that once you place an order it would get shipped for sure as they dont maintain anyblive stock like other online retailers. In case if their supplier fails to procure the item in a real deal price, they would simply cancel your order. So you never can be assured until the item gets shipped, even thought u made a full payment in advance. You just have to wait fingers crossed after making the full payment & if you are misfortunate like me you have to chase behind pepperfry for refund. Wont buy ever in future from here. Simply not trust worthy.now it 2 days gone & chasing behind the custome care for refund. Related order no 302801181
