I had ordered multi media Speakers on 22nd of May. While making an order, they mentioned the estimated shipment date (27th May), which is misleading that many people thinks that as a delivery date. But that is not it. That is the date when they hand it over to the courier guys.
I received a message on 28th May mentioning the shipment is given to Professional Couriers with (AWB No: GGN3146956). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
It is 3rd June today and the tracking service is yet to be activated. Called on Chennai Professional Couriers Office and they don’t have any clues about the product because the tracking is not updated and they are wise enough to tell me that I am holding a wrong AWB Number.
God only knows when this will be delivered!!!
Unless Pepperfry choose a different courier service provider, I am 100% sure they will not survive in this competitive market.
