I would like to tell you that never ever in your life order anything from pepperfry.com. I am a genuine online customer of various websites like flipkart.com, tradus.in, ebay.in etc. I had ordered a product from their site. Its been 15 days now I have not received my product as they say it will take 7 working days to ship which does not include date of order, Saturday and Sunday. After shipping it might take again 4- 5 days to deliver , that too it depends on delivery company.
My advise please don’t order anything from them as their customer service is pathetic and this company wont last for long. Don’t come under influence of discounts as that’s the only good thing they have else they are just taking money from people and delivering nothing.
