I ordered my 1st buy from pepperfry on 20th august @ 12.30 o’clock in the night. I ordered an induction cooker (philips), which i was expecting to reach me in 3-4 days. But it is not yet shipped, when i tried to call the customer care unit, they are totally irritating, they don’t know how to behave with their customers. They told me that, it will be shipped by 30th august. I am totally upset to hear this, because i need it soon. I ordered my products from letsbuy(*when it was exist), flipkart, shopclues, ebay, tradus. But neither of their cc service is like this. They used to ship the item in 2 days maximum. In the mean while i also ordered another item from shopclues on 21st, and yesterday(22nd) they shipped the item. But here the cc person is telling that you have to wait till 30th august.


Most interesting fact is that they don’t work on weekends(not only Sundays but also Saturdays), its horrible, moreover as i ordered the item @ 12:30 , so they are counting as the order is made on the next day i.e. 21st... And the most important thing is that, they are not offering cod option, if you use gift coupon.. Its not the end, if you want to cancel the order, they will not refund your money, rather they will give you pepperfry gift coupon.. What the hell they are doing. Now, i feel as if i am cheated by them. I need the item to reach me faster, but they are not at all listening to me. Every shopping site keeps 7 days in hand but still they used to dispatch the item in 2 days, but pepperfry is not at all serious about their service. Please help me in this regard.


Please ship my item as soon as possible, such that it will increase your reputation and also we will like to have a good relationship for longer period. One thing i want to say: please refund the money, when someone cancels his/her order, because its inhuman to take others money against their will. If you have ever earned money with hard work, you can understand the feelings of that person. Hope you understand my point. Here is nothing rude, just I want you to come up with a more energy for better service. You mentioned in your site that "kuchh apna karte hain".then why are you taking chance on your quality service in its beginning stage.try to improve your service, just order anything from flipkart.com, and you will know how they service their customers, and yes, teach your cc persons to deal with proper manner with your most valuable customers.


Hope you understand my point. Please ship my item as soon as possible...
