Pathetic Customer Service with no value for Time

I ordered a mattress 2 weeks ago. On the estimated delivery date, when given a call to the customer service, I am informed that the product was found faulty in the service. I asked them when will I be getting a new product they told me they can answer that only in about 24/48 hours.


When I asked them to transfer the call to the return team they straight up refused and provided no solution.
