Purchased Borgonovo Alighieri Orange 1 Ltr bottle, and found defective, returned the product on next day with proper picture of product, but pepper fry refused and denied the return request. Have been following from last few days with multiple customer care calls, and have been listening that the product is standard product and the product cannot be refunded.
Moreover the customer care system of pepper fry is so dumb that every time on call I have to explain a new CSR that there is patch in the bottle. Normally a colored bottle should not be color filmed bottle, the material glass should be solid in color. This is standard of pepper fry. Attached product’s picture.
