Placed an order id 300120376 for Olay Total Effect on 8th October and am yet to receive the product. Followed up time and again with the customer care executives for delivery and, if delivery can’t be made, then, the refund.
But found that the losers on the other side were of no help. They r telling me that they will refund the amount but only after the product reaches their warehouse. Can it get more stupid than this?
They have failed to arrange the delivery in more than one month and it will take another month or two for the product to reach their warehouse. God knows when they r going to refund the amount. Am keeping my fingers crossed. Will definitely not buy anything from them in future.
