I bought 2 bar stools and they delivered 2 different stools. When I asked them to correct the product, they took one bar stool back. After few days they said the bar stool cant be replaced.
I asked for return and they said that they will refund the money for one bar stool which was delivered wrongly.
I am not sure how can a company decline refund for wrongly delivered product.
I tried repeatedly and the customer service just does not respond. I am not sure how can a company treat its customers like that.
