I had ordered a product with and unfortunately a wrong size was delivered. I raised a ticket immediately ie on 23 Feb and no reply. The status was open till today after repeated reminders - all answered by automation. I spoke to an online agent on the same day and he raised the ticket.
Till today no one has replied or initiated action to replace or refund. I spoke to another agent today and he said he has initiated a refund and the refund will happen in 8-10 working days.
I hope this will happen as nothing happened on a ticket raised, not even a reply for more than 10 days.
Reading on the various negative reviews, I have to say I received all the orders in time or before and else fine. But this order, the last one I made, with a wrong shipment and a customer support beyond acceptable limits, have turned my opinion against pepperfry.
When u make a mistake, admit it and rectify it.
