Within last 7 days, I ordered more than 30 grams of gold coins, worth around 90, 000 Rs.
As soon as the expected shipping date came closer, I contacted their customer support team, and they said my orders are been held for some security concerns, and my case would be handled by one of their managers(JYOTI).
I spoke with her and she insisted me to explain the reason behind ordering such a big order on Pepperfry. and I did.
I sent mails, called their customer service more than 10 times in 2 days. but nobody could do anything. I asked for refund. but they said they haven’t cancelled my orders. they are just held. for some sick reason.
Yesterday. when I offloaded my frustration on Miss Jyoti. she answered back. saying we don’t care if you do shopping with us. .Look. I paid 90, 000 out of my pocket for a purpose. and when I asked about my ordered items. they have nothing to tell me.
I wish I could shot their manager right away she spoke sarcastically with me over the phone. PEPPERFRY.com sucks, stay away from it.
Customer service associate handle customers, as if we are all criminals. They have got ZERO sense of speaking with their corporate customers. God bless it till managers like(MISS JYOTI) are working and supervising the production floor and if I get a chance. I will shot her.:D
