I got this defective product and informed the help desk. They asked me to take a snap and send it to them . I did that. They never came back though they told so. I gave a call just now. They are very rude and I have a feeling that I made a mistake to order from here.
They are asking to get it fix by myself or they will send somebody to collect it from me. Though they will not provide any receipt for that. No mail confirmation nothing. I have to give it to that person and they will tell me what needs to be done after that.
