FRAUD.. VeRY PATHETIC CM care service, , very dissatisfied from pepperfry service, order no. 100575147 on date 08/03/13 received a empty box from pepperfry.. complaint no.00285273 Cant believe company like pepperfry use Trackon courier.
I received a sealed packed but when I open it I found a empty camera box.. camera was not there... just box bill and the camera pouch was there, pepperfry cm care said they will resolve the matter in 2 days but currently 8 days have passed haven’t received any call or any confirmation from them.. So I would suggest you people not to buy anything from this website.
Websites like these are forcing us not to believe in online buying.. will never ever do any online shopping now.. You people also think before buying anything from this website.. I will write as much as I can to make more and more people aware of there fraudulent activities.. but before it I will file a case in consumer forum.
