I am writing this to you after exhausting all sources of hope despite extreme cheating by Pepperfry.com
I had purchased the following three items from them:
1.ORDER NO. 100302900 Bajaj Majesty 0.5L Travel Kettle Ktx1
2.ORDER NO.100261260 Acme Fitness Bars W1657 Rotating Push Up Bar Acme Fitness W1702 Sit Up Bar
One order for Acme Fitness W1702 Sit Up Bar was cancelled due to non availability and I had to return the other two products because of low quality and non functional products. I was given a refund in form of pepperfry points a total of 1299.
and cash refund for one order Acme Fitness Bars W1657 Rotating Push Up Bar.
I had a chat with your executive Diana (screenshot of chat attached) wherein I clearly asked that in case if I am not able to use pepper points what happens to my money, to which she replied that the basic amount will be refunded back to you.
In my case now the pepper points have been removed from my account and amount of Rs.699 (1299 pepper points - (300+300)bonus points) has not been refunded to me.
I called up Pepperfry customer care and had a long discussion with Hiral of accounts/ customer care team where in she agreed that amount for only one order was refunded and not for the other two orders.
However till date no refund has been made to me.whenever I called up their CC they bluntly say that money has been refunded and case has been closed. They do not listen to anything.
Pepperfry has gulped up my amount of Rs.699 which is totally unacceptable. In case if you have made refund for this amount please inform the transaction ID, date and name of bank. If not then please refund me either my money or the pepper points.
I do not expect such a indifferent and casual attitude fro an online portal of this status.
If my , money is not returned back I shal take this issue publicaly also on facebook, Desidime.com and Ashoka.com. Of required I am even ready to go to consumer court because I hate being cheated.
