I ordered a product (order # 300020796) over 15 days ago - money is deducted and the order never got shipped. I followed up multiple times with the customer support staff, but never got a callback or any follow-up email on what happened to my order.
So DO NOT order on this website, there is something fishy (or phishy) in what they do- never faced such issue with Flipkart, Amazon, Infibeam, Letsbuy and multiple other online stores.
