I ordered an EDO sofa bed from Pepperfry.com - yes, their prices are close to 10% lower than the market price, but my word, the quality of the product and the service offered is bad.
Product quality on delivery:
Extremely poor. The fabric was damp and musty. The product was damaged even before assembly. When I wrote to my relationship manager highlighting this, he himself mentioned poor warehousing conditions / transportation issues as possible reasons.
Product / Service Quality:
First off - both pepperfry.com and fabfurnish.com outsource product servicing / support to a third party vendor whose executives have no clue what they are doing. This service exec came unprepared for the house installation visit, was rude and unhelpful.
The best part again - the sofas legs gave in when 3 of us sat at the same time. While we are healthy folks - I think the sofa simply has a bad sense of humour. Absolutely hopeless.
