Ordered 1 Photo Frame & 1 T-light holder on 22nd Aug’13. Only recd the T-lite holder on 30th Aug’13, though had made full payment for both products by my c.card already. Today 8th Sept’13, I called the cust care of Pepperfry to check on my pending order, they said its showing " In transit" on the website of the courier company(Blue Dart), they have no idea where my order is lying & it may take another 48hrs to track my order & then the subsequent delivery.
I had to gift the frame tomorrow hence had placed the order well in advance. Guess I shouldn’t have paid for the products online & opted for COD, only then these guys would have sent it on time. Very disappointed with the service of Pepperfry.
Suggestion to any buyer on this site is to be aware of such delays, if possible opt for COD option only.
